Delphi Law Advisory has partnered the Nigeria Nationwide League One, NLO on legal and corporate governance regarding the corporate existence of clubs in the league.
To this effect, NLO clubs will not have to go through the stress of administrative bottlenecks when registering their clubs at the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, the processes will now be handle by Delphi Law Advisory.
Speaking to the media in Abuja, Olushola Ogunnowo, the Chief Operating Officer, COO, of the league informed that the partnership with Delphi Law Advisory is to ensure that all the clubs in NLO tidy up their legal and corporate governance to make the clubs more viable in football business and administration.
“NLO is glad to have a partnership with Delphi Law Advisory. The law firm will engage the clubs as clients and they will help in the incorporation of the clubs in the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC,” Ogunnowo said.
“The partnership also includes draft of player/employee agreements and various sports related contracts and provide legal advisory services to clubs,” he added.
“It is therefore imperative for the NLO to seek the services of Delphi Law Advisory for their legal and corporate governance at very modest administrative cost,” he said.
